hbijje Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the hbijje platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other approved access method — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with the hbijje platform.

hbijje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. It is the Player's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the hbijje platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. If a material change is made that significantly affects your rights as a Player, hbijje will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between the Player and hbijje. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any other document published by hbijje, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To be eligible to register and use the hbijje platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from hbijje or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of hbijje, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not been diagnosed with, nor are you currently seeking treatment for, a gambling addiction, unless you have received written clearance from a qualified medical professional.
• You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the money you wager.

hbijje reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or an equivalent authority. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

Players who are found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity will have their accounts permanently closed. Any funds held in such accounts — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — will be forfeited, and hbijje reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities.

Each individual Player may hold only one registered account on hbijje. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment method details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, email address, and preferred BDT payment method. hbijje uses this information for account management, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or another person's personal details.

As part of our commitment to player safety and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, hbijje conducts identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) checks on registered accounts. The following scenarios typically trigger a KYC review:

• First withdrawal request exceeding ৳10,000.
• Cumulative withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 within a 30-day period.
• Any deposit or withdrawal activity flagged by hbijje's automated fraud detection systems.
• Accounts selected for routine compliance review.

Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their hbijje login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hbijje support immediately at [email protected]. hbijje is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security precautions.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details associated with your hbijje account remain current and accurate. hbijje communicates account notices, verification requests, and promotional information via your registered email address and Bangladesh mobile number. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may result in missed important communications.

hbijje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are displayed and settled in BDT. There is no currency conversion or foreign exchange markup applied by hbijje. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods on hbijje include:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank
• Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by the issuing Bangladeshi bank)

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the Player's hbijje account within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 4 business hours depending on the issuing institution. hbijje does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the Player's own name and must match the verified details on the hbijje account.

Withdrawal requests are processed by hbijje within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification. Funds are typically received by the Player within 1 to 6 hours of processing for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals, and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers. hbijje does not charge any processing fees on withdrawals; however, the Player's own payment provider may apply their standard transaction fees.

hbijje reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or pending verification requirements. In such cases, hbijje will communicate the reason for the delay to the Player via their registered contact details and will specify the documents or information required to resolve the matter.

hbijje offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, T20 World Cup tournaments, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The availability, eligibility criteria, and terms of each promotion are specified on the relevant promotion page.

All bonuses on hbijje are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. Specific wagering requirements are stated on each individual promotion page and will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Players should read promotion-specific terms carefully before opting in to any bonus.

General bonus terms applicable to all hbijje promotions include:

• Only one bonus may be active on a Player account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are awarded in BDT and apply to the specific game categories stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• hbijje reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence that a Player has exploited a bonus offer, used prohibited betting strategies, or acted in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonuses that remain unused or where wagering requirements have not been met within the specified expiry period will be removed from the Player's account automatically.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications will not receive promotional bonus offers unless they re-opt in via their account settings.

hbijje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus that is subsequently modified will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time the bonus was claimed.

All games offered on the hbijje platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, fishing games, virtual sports, and crash games — are powered by certified third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

All game outcomes on hbijje are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing or spinning conducted by trained dealers in professional studios. hbijje does not manipulate game outcomes. All games are independently audited for fairness by third-party testing laboratories.

The following fair use rules apply to all gameplay on hbijje:

• Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with game interfaces on their behalf.
• Players must not exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and will be removed from the Player's account.
• Players must not engage in collusion with other Players in any multiplayer game environment.
• hbijje reserves the right to void any wager that is placed in error, including wagers placed on incorrectly displayed odds or prices resulting from a technical fault.
• In the event of a disputed game result, the outcome recorded by the game provider's server-side logs shall be the definitive record. hbijje's support team can request game log data from providers to resolve disputes.

For sports betting markets specifically, hbijje follows industry-standard rules regarding match abandonment, result delays, void bets, and in-play betting restrictions. Detailed sports betting rules are available on the relevant betting category pages and within the hbijje help centre.

hbijje maintains a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, abuse, and any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or harms other Players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including false age declarations.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of the single-account rule.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in the Player's own name, or making deposits on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using hbijje to convert illicit funds into withdrawable winnings.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions via payment providers (chargebacks) after withdrawing funds from hbijje.
• Using hacking, cracking, phishing, social engineering, or any other technical attack against the hbijje platform or its staff.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hbijje support staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your hbijje account or account balance to any third party.

Where hbijje identifies suspected prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice to the Player. The outcome of any investigation will be communicated to the Player via their registered contact details within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request the closure of their hbijje account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, hbijje will confirm the Player's identity and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests are settled. Closure requests motivated by responsible gaming concerns — such as a Player feeling that gambling is becoming harmful — will be treated with priority, and hbijje's support team will discuss self-exclusion options before proceeding with permanent closure.

hbijje may suspend or permanently close a Player account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is a current employee or immediate family member of an hbijje employee.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• A request received from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or financial institution.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a proven breach of these terms, hbijje will process a final settlement of any verified withdrawable balance to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances are non-withdrawable upon account closure unless they have already met the applicable wagering requirements.

hbijje retains Player account data for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, in accordance with its data retention obligations and as described in the Privacy Policy. Players may request a copy of their data during this retention period by contacting [email protected].
